AC (slow) charging system
The AC (slow) charging system is mainly composed of power supply equipment (AC charging pile or household AC power supply), on-board charger, slow charging port, charging gun, high-voltage wiring harness, low-voltage control wiring harness, high-voltage control box, power battery, vehicle controller (VCU) and other components.
The AC charging pile uses a conduction method to provide AC power to electric vehicles with on-board chargers, provides a human-machine operation interface and an AC charging interface, and is a dedicated device with corresponding protection functions.The AC power provided by the AC ev charging pile (or household 16A power socket) is converted into high-voltage DC voltage after rectification, filtering and boosting by the on-board charger, and then connected to the power battery through the high-voltage control box.
AC ev charging piles can be used in various large, medium and small electric vehicle charging stations. Its characteristics are low charging power, long battery charging time, and can make full use of off-peak hours for charging.
DC (fast) charging system
The DC (fast) charging system is mainly composed of a fast charging pile (DC charging pile), a fast charging interface, a high-voltage control box, a power battery, a vehicle controller, a high-voltage wiring harness, and a low-voltage control wiring harness.
The charging interface of the DC charging pile is a connector that physically connects the charging pile to the fast charging port of the electric vehicle to complete charging and control guidance.
